The reason you’re not seeing results in your Plant-Based lifestyle is NOT because you’re eating ‘Too many processed meat alternatives’ ​

Vegans… Ever said this? ​

“I don’t know why I’m struggling, I eat relativity healthy but I probably have too many processed meat alternatives”​

No…​

That’s not it…​

What’s the real reason? ​

When I started working with my first coach I had been through a lot of pain before I finally admitted:​

“Maybe I actually can’t work this out myself and I need some help”​

By this point I’d been struggling for a good two years, getting nowhere and stuck in a constant cycle…​

But as I racked the barbel after YET ANOTHER failed session and 0 progress towards my goals, something snapped…​

Enough is a bloody nuf ​

I was sick of finishing the session and looking in the mirror and again seeing NO DIFFERENCE… ​

No matter how hard I worked, it never changed… ​

Still laying on the bench in the GYM, I got out my phone and wrote my essay to a coach I’d been thinking about contacting for a long term and waited eagerly for his reply…​

I see this exact same pattern with my clients too. ​

Before getting in touch there have always been years of wearing baggy clothes and v-necks to hide the reality, years of crippling confidence issues and anxiety that their health is getting so bad they might one day become that dreaded burden on the family​

By this point it’s clear that the current reality isn’t working and so as your coach, it’s my job to give you clarity, not just accept your version of events: ​
