For many years I have been hugely passionate about the benefits of Plant-Based Living. This lifestyle completely transformed my own fitness, health and mindset and I wanted to help others do the same. But, I became frustrated by the confusion and contracting information rife when it comes to achieving your healthiest life with this way of living.

How much does your programme cost? 

If you're shopping based on price then this programme may not be for you... If you are willing to put in the work then this programme will change your life and because of that, we are not the cheapest. We are looking to work with people who are serious about investing in themselves and ready to make a change. 

How long is your programme?

Planted10 is a 10-week programme aimed at helping you to feel ten years younger in ten weeks. After this, you can walk away with your results or join our graduate programme to achieve even better results. 

How much time out of my week will the programme take?

Our clients that achieve the best results commit to a minimum of x3 workouts per week and one advanced innovation call per week. This is a commitment of around 3 1/2 to 4 hours of contact time per week. There will be additional adjustments and changes we will help you to integrate into your lifestyle outside of these times 

How long until I start to see results?

This varies from person to person and depends on how much you can commit to the programme. You will be given a rough expected timeline based on your goals during your strategy call.
