Why did I created the Live Well Programme?
Growing up I witnessed first-hand the affects of poor lifestyle choices on the lives of my extended family. I know there must be another way to get healthy and then keep it up. I created Live Well to cut through the nonsense and focus on getting results.

Planted10 is a 10-week programme aimed at helping you to feel ten years younger in ten weeks. After this, you can walk away with your results or join our graduate programme to achieve even better results.
Our clients that achieve the best results commit to a minimum of x3 workouts per week and one advanced innovation call per week. This is a commitment of around 3 1/2 to 4 hours of contact time per week. There will be additional adjustments and changes we will help you to integrate into your lifestyle outside of these times
